We are a family owned/operated ranch, located along the Cosumnes River, one of the last un-dammed rivers in California. As one of the last rivers flowing from the west slope of the Sierra without a major dam, the Cosumnes is a vital example of a healthy watershed. Our goal is to offer a unique outdoor experience for anyone looking for a place to spend time in the great outdoors. Whether you're looking for a single campsite, or a place for a larger gathering, we're excited to have you visit! Take your pick of activities available on site: swimming , gold panning, fishing, camp fires, wildlife watching, floating, hiking, and mountain biking to name a few. There are 3 miles of river to explore. Private and noise free. Porta potties on site.

Site 5 - Sawyer's Bar

10/10 would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful experience! The sites were far above expectation! The environment was serene, the facilities were clean, Tom and Rachael were amazing! Tom came to the site and was so friendly! I will be making another reservation soon!

River front stone cabin #1

Exceptional camping experience.

Cabin #1 was absolutely amazing! Right on the Cosumnes River. The views were amazing and the cabin was in a very private setting. Our dogs loved the open space to run around and play. We were fortunate enough to meet Tom. He was gracious and seemed excited to share their beautiful ranch with us. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to recharge their soul.

Private River Front Group Site

Beautiful campsite!

Beautiful place, we had 5 families there and barely used up 50% of the space this camp site offer. Definitely will come back!

Site 5 - Sawyer's Bar

We had an amazing stay at Sawyer’s bar 5. Very spacious and the river was just a few steps away. We will definitely go back.
