The 100 Mile View Campground is located 3 miles from Jim Thorpe, the Lehigh Gorge State Park, Delaware, and Lehigh Heritage Trail, White Water Rafting, Steam Train Rides, Museums, Music Entertainment at Mauch Chunk Opera House, and Mauch Chunk Lake which is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boating and fishing. You can get to all of these activities in 3 miles with no traffic by turning left out of our driveway and driving west on Flagstaff Road to Jim Thorpe. We offer hiking and mountain biking trails on our property and a variety of camping opportunities for parties with tents, campers, overlanders, and RVs. Our campsites are booked on ResNexus.com which does not charge additional booking fees for reservations made at our campground. 100 Mile View Camping is a family-run campground that is located in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania on a property that has 100 Mile East to West Panoramic Views. It is comprised of several parcels totaling 100's of acres that were purchased over the past 35 years. We have shared our property with hikers, bikers, and outdoor recreation enthusiasts since day one. Our campground started with only 6 campsites, but with great reviews, we continue growing and have recently received the approvals to become one of the premier camping and outdoor resort destinations in the Eastern United States. Our founder, Jake Arner, has a passion for the outdoors and for people who show respect for nature and for other people. Jake genuinely enjoys sharing his property with others. This property and Jake's generosity have received 5-star reviews online from many people.

Rustic Campsite 14
Beautiful land, clear direction. Private, serene. Campsite 14 was perfect. Unfortunate luck with rainy weather but looking forward to checking the spot out again. The host was tremendously courteous and quick in responding with a tech issue. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view, great hospitality
Camping site was very clean and tidy as was the port a potty facility. We found a large bottle of water and supply of dry firewood at the site when we arrived. Jake stopped by later to check on us and see if we needed anything. We are local and this was our first outing in about 20 years so I was a little nervous, but the locked gate overnight and the super easy check in and check out made everything low stress. Other campers were friendly, no wild parties allowed here although you certainly have room too gather with a large group. We had a large group next to us, but campsites are far enough apart that even if your neighbors are up late, it’s not a problem. Our dogs were very welcome and there was plenty of room for them to check things out on leash. Expect it to be windy because you are on a mountain top, but the view is beautiful and the lights of Lehighton below are very pretty at night. The breeze would be a great bonus on a hot day but bring a jacket if the weather is chilly. I under packed! The location is not far from the north east extension of the PA Turnpike and very easy to find due to the signs posted along the route. Jim Thorpe is an awesome little town and a great day trip with great restaurants and shops. You will hear the train whistle in the distance if you stay on the weekend when it is running. Very quiet and peaceful place, nothing but the wind in the trees and a couple of nightingales. Our stay was relaxing and beautiful!

Breathtaking Panorama Camping!
This site was beautiful! I genuinely enjoyed my stay! I was excited to get away from the city and immerse myself in such a natural landscape! There was plenty of nature inspired activities nearby. I managed to visit both Lehigh Gorge State Park and Mauch Chunk Lake and it was absoloutely worth it. Jake, the host was awesome! He was informative, pleasant and very responsive! I stayed during the week so I had the whole mountain to myself which included breathtakingly stunning morning views as well as clear moonlight nights. I would 100% come back again and again!

Ridgeline Campsite with great views
Incredible views as you'd expect! All sites were well spaced, Jake was very accommodating and responsive for firewood delivery to site, and plenty of grassy space for tent setup without having to fit between rocks and roots! Only note to consider is given it's on a ridgeline, there can be some winds through the site.
