Falkor Ranch is located on rolling hills on the Palmer Divide about an hour southeast of Denver, Colorado. Located at 7,000 feet with a beautiful view of Pike's Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Your camping fee includes a farm orientation, indoor plumbing, a hot shower and a picnic table. You will meet 12 beautiful alpacas, 16 Nubian goats for milk, weed control and just because they make us happy, and a large flock of laying chickens for fresh eggs. We have a variety of gardens and a year-round geodesic dome greenhouse that provides us with fresh produce. This is a quiet country setting - we can see our neighbors only if we try hard. There are many popular and diverse activity sites less than an hour away. Come escape the hustle and bustle of home, avoid the quarantine of the day, and enjoy the beauty of nature and our loving animals. We offer both tent and RV listings to suit however you like to travel. We have a hot shower, bathroom, picnic tables, potable water, and trash and recycle bins. Our RV listing has both 20 and 30 amp electrical hookup but no water or sewer hookups. Our guests love us too! "We had an amazing time here! Diane is so sweet and showed us all of their beautiful friendly animals and plants when we arrived and even offered fresh goat milk and a plant starter! The land was gorgeous and we got to watch adorable goats from our tent. One of my favorite camping experiences ever!"

Great Hosts, Animals, Amenities

I stayed here 2 nights,; 1st HC experience., getting my RV ready for summer. It’s on 35 acres with trees, hills and high pasture~1hr south of Denver. The drive there is beautiful with majestic Peak Pike in sight. Paved roads until the last 2 miles- no issues pulling trailer. Property well kept; rv camping next to their service building, easy to pull in, lots of room, which has 30Amp or 110v plugs, bathroom with shower, portable heater, and a washroom for clean up plus microwave. Tent campers setup out on the hills. Hosts are very kind and helpful. I love their geodesic year round greenhouse. Tour is fun, cute animals, baby goats, friendly dogs on lease, good eggs, even some wool to buy. Peaceful quiet at night. Town of Elizabeth 15 minutes with restaurants, Walmart.

Goats and Alpacas at Falkor Ranch

It was so fun tent camping at Falkor Ranch! We arrived later than planned, but we had a whole field to ourselves with a beautiful view to wake up to! The hosts greeted us when we got there and showed us where we could pitch our tent and use the facilities. Their bathroom and shower were great! The sky full of stars was amazing! In the morning when we woke up, they gave us a tour of their farm and we were able to meet the alpacas and goats! The way you say hello to an alpaca is an experience I’ll never forget. We will definitely be coming back!

Goats and Alpacas at Falkor Ranch

Perfect stay

Perfect , this was my two toddlers first time camping and the loved it! I couldn’t record more it was just us in a field with some farm life ! The hosts were amazing and made sure to show my kids around the farm and see the wild life the garden and even collect some eggs for breakfast . Highly recommend !

Loved camping at Falkor Ranch. Such beautiful scenery. All the animals were friendly. Tom and Diane were very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Kids loved the animals

Diane and Tom make the Ranch feel like home. We got to spend plenty of time with the animals and the kids loved every minute. This was a wonderful stay and there is plenty to explore. I highly recommend paying for an hour of their time to tap into their amazing knowledge-base!

Diane and Tom are the most amazing hosts, they were so kind to us, they’re land is beautiful, peaceful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing with the goats and watching the beautiful alpacas. Sunsets are wonderful there and Elizabeth is a very charming little town❤️❤️
