Our camp is the shared vision of Brian and Lee and son Michael. We fell in love with this beautiful property where we plan to build our eco-friendly, off-grid homestead and farm. Lee's favorite song and the inspiration behind our name is "Puff the Magic Dragon" by Peter, Paul and Mary. A land of whimsical imagination, beauty and maybe a dragon or three is our shared vision for the farm. The camping options are flexible, ranging from prepared campsites along both Little and Deep creeks with composting outhouses nearby, to "Camper's Choice" options where you may hike in or drive in and create your own camping experience. Please note that since the "Camper's Choice" options allow freedom to select hike-in or drive-in options, the exact distance to nearest outhouse may vary. There are 144 acres to explore so campers can set up a secluded getaway or cluster together in a group. We are flexible and can work with you to create a camping experience that suits your needs. Learn more about this land: Honah Lee Farms has over 140 acres of woods with open fields distributed throughout. We are bordered to the south by the Flat River, to the west by Deep Creek, and to the north by Little Creek. Most of our campsites are nestled in the trees along one of these bodies of water and all campers have access to the 10 foot waterfall area where Deep Creek runs into the Flat River.

Lower Deep Creek

Mike was very nice and showed us to our site. It was a very peaceful stay. We loved the waterfall, fishing, and the donkeys!

Lower Deep Creek

Lower Creek, off-leash, & private!

Truly a slice of heaven! Upon arrival, their son, Mike met me and drove me down to my little campsite. My spot was the closest to the waterfall and you can hear it from the site, so therapeutic! It's very secluded, completely off leash for your fur baby, and the creek is perfect for swimming or fishing. They have an outhouse and hang out area up the hill for your use as well. There is absolutely no cell service on the site, so if you want a true escape from technology, this is your spot! But if you travel up to their main area, you can get a bar of service on Verizon and also pet some cool donkeys. Loved the experience and will definitely be back again to catch some bigger fish and swim! Thanks for being an awssome host :)

Lower Deep Creek

Beautiful, secluded, serene

I don't think I can actually put into words how amazing my daughter and I thought this place was. Our experience was amazing! The property is amazing and truly beautiful. There's so much to do and see, from waterfalls at the creek, trails through the woods, wide open fields where you can watch deer, and much more. The hosts are awesome and extremely friendly. If you're not very social like me and don't love the crowded feeling of typical campsites then this is the place for you. I will definitely be back, hopefully for years to come.

Lower Deep Creek

Perfect getaway from it all!!

This was my first time camping and I didn't know what to expect. My husband had been camping before. Before I even booked, Brian was very helpful and recommended which location would be good for me based on my vehicle and interest. Once we arrived we met Mike, who was very friendly. He took us to our location and showed us where the outhouse was. We had the best time!! We took our 7 month old Rottweiler with us. I must admit, I was nervous about that. But he did great! Our campsite was very clean. There was even a heavy duty storage box at our location. There was a picnic table as well. The creek was right there at the campsite. Besides seeing Mike upon checking in, we didn't see anyone else. It did rain, but the cover of the trees really helped. We were still able to light a fire and keep it going for quite sometime. I was really excited about fishing, but I didn't really get a chance to fish. We had so much fun playing with the puppy and just enjoying the campsite in general. We only booked for 1 night, but definitely will come back for 2 nights. The haunted trail was cute. We went hiking the next morning before we left in the rain. The waterfall was really pretty. We also met the two donkeys who are very friendly. We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and it was perfect! We will be back!! I can't wait to get in the water and really do some fishing. We also plan on doing more hiking.

Upper Deep Creek

Awesome camp spot!

Awesome site! Brian guided us to our spot and explained everything perfectly. Plenty to explore and do, and the camp spots were well spaced out. Loved the way it was set up and the outhouse was surprisingly nice too. We plan to stay again.
