Amazing location with panoramic views of the Vermont Green Mountain range, this property adjoins a public 9 hole golf course. Located on over 260 private and secluded acres, property also has a 2 acre pond for swimming, paddling or just relaxing. There are several miles of maintained hiking trails meandering throughout the forest, ranging from an easy walk, to hilly and somewhat challenging. Many varieties of tent locations or places to park an RV, pop up, or car. This is considered a "Primitive camp site". There is no shower, toilet or electric available at this time, but well water can be had from our residence, via a hose spigot on the side of our home. This is our 3rd year of hosting, and due to the overwhelming popularity of having an abundance of privacy, we will continue to be only hosting one party at a time. Which means you'll get the privilege of not having to share your surroundings with anyone else! Your own private camp ground! We are hoping this all works out and intend to continuously improve amenities, activities and overall experience. We are hoping to provide an exceptional value and experience that will bring back repeat campers, that we can trust and build a rapport. We are looking forward to meeting you! There will be a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, and a firepit on site, for your convenience. Wow. The views from this site were the best I have ever seen from any hipcamp I've stayed at. Well worth the stay. Will definitely be back here in the future

Some of the best HipCamp views you’ll find. Very well maintained and you have the place to yourself. Great trails to hike and a nice pond for our dog to swim in. This was our second stay and we will be back!

An absolutely magical spot! Evan and his wife were incredibly kind, and their property boasts some of the best Hipcamp views we've ever experienced. Our dog loved running free in the field, and we had a fantastic evening paddle on the pond. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a visit!

Sublime views

Best mountain views I’ve ever had from a campsite. Acres upon acres for the dog and I to frollick. Pond with kayaks always a big hit. Evan’s a great host, I hope to return again and again!

Beautiful scenery, quiet paradise

Loved tent camping on Evan’s property! Plenty of flat ground, great hiking trails in the woods, and a lovely pond to paddle out or just enjoy the scenery. Could easily park an rv if needed, though the driveway is steep so just keep that in mind (plenty of head clearance though). Evan was extremely hospitable and helpful to us and even provided a nice picnic table during our stay. 100% recommend!!
