Peaceful camping with privacy on a 160-acre historic farm! Minutes from Harpers Ferry, Antietam Battlefield and the C&O Canal to name a few. We are within an hour of Gettysburg or DC is within an hour and a half if you're planning a day trip. We have a prime central location with close access to so many things to do. This beautiful property is nestled in a narrow valley between Elk Ridge and South Mountain with incredible sunrises, sunsets and starlit night skies. Walk out to the fishing pond, or follow the trails around the pastures to meet the cattle grazing in our pastures. We have Scottish Highlands grazing in one of our pastures and Black Angus in another. We are a working farm so expect to see tractors and you may even see us baling hay or tending to the cattle. We enjoy talking to our guests so feel free to stop us for a chat.

Barn Bliss RV Site
Very quiet and quaint. Peacefulness with very little noise. We had a great relaxing stay, off the beaten path. Close to many historic sites and towns. Kimberly was very pleasant and accomodating. We will return in the near future.

Peaceful Pond Tent Campsite
Overall, it was a good experience. It was a nice open field with a wooded area but unfortunately there was not as much shade as we would have liked, but we tended to spend the hottest part of the day off the property anyway. The bugs were also brutal at times so I do suggest lots of bug spray. The pond was pretty and we did try fishing everyday but never had any luck. There are a lot of frogs though which turned into a loud symphony at night so ear plugs may be ideal if you’re a light sleeper. I do wish there was more clarification on where the toilet was or how to retrieve the eggs we purchased. Unfortunately, I had no service on the site so I had to wait until we were off the property to contact the host but once everything was clarified, it was fine. We liked that there were cool things to explore close by like hikes, breweries and Harper’s Ferry.

Foggy peaceful mornings
The property is beautiful. Very easy access and well explained on how to find property. Everything is well marked. Very clean and pristine land. Love the 30 and 50 amp electrical hook ups. I was there when it was quite rainy and was so easy. Not muddy or mucky! Very peaceful! Will definitely be back
