I purchased this land a few years ago with the dream of building a cabin in the woods with my kids for all of us to enjoy nature together.  With the help of my kids and friends, we built this tiny cabin (119sq ft) with a lot of love, laughter, tears and even some blood shed.  It embodies a journey for my family in coming together to enjoy nature and overcome many unknowns.  It is a representation of our growth, our love and our creativity and I am eager to share it with other nature lovers!  It is a work in progress, still, and we hope to add more fun features as time goes on.  Thank you!  Please enjoy it as we do!Enjoy all the beauty of being out in nature on almost 6 acres of land, a seasonal creek and the comfort of warm beds at night and a roof over your head!  This is a dry cabin with 2 queen beds and a full size futon for additional guests. Inside enjoy a custom built counter for food prep, a small deck just off the cabin and a nearby firepit for enjoying nature.  Surrounding features include nearby climbing, national forest access, ATV trails, hunting, fishing and mountain biking.  Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are just 25 minutes away.  Also on property is an old camper and pop-up camper (not usable) and a 90 foot long greenhouse used as a wood storage area from trees milled off the property to build the cabin. The greenhouse did not survive the giant snowstorm over the winter and is collapsed currently, we ask you kindly stay out of these. 4 wherl drive is highly recommended for access, the road in is steep and windy and the driveway can be difficult when wet in the spring. There are nearby ATV trails to enjoy!  The cabin is maxed out at 6 guests, but if you have additional groups coming, there are plenty of tent camping areas as well for a minimal fee.  This is a beautiful area with many outdoor amenities.  Feel free to contact me for more information.

Tiny Cabin
The cabin is very beautiful and simple. Perfect for being in the woods but with a little more comfort than camping. Jennifer gave detailed information re. the supplies you need to bring. It’s at the end of a long uphill dirt and gravel road so 4 wheel drive helps.

Tiny Cabin
Cozy, off-grid gem
This is just the kind of spot I'm always searching for! Quiet, private, simple. Off grid, but with enough amenities to feel comfortable and cozy. We brought everything we thought we would need but there were also plenty of "extras" already there. I loved listening to all the different birds and a drive further up the mountain provided more beautiful views. Would definitely love to stay again if I'm back in the area!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin in the woods, watching hummingbirds and sitting out on the porch .
