Historic Downtown Adjacent! Full hook ups: water, sewer and 30 amp available! Quiet neighborhood! Lots of mature pine trees! Relatively flat, gravel driveway. About a 1/2 mile walk to Historic Downtown Flagstaff. No Uber or Lyft required (unless you want to...and then it's about a 2 minute ride) like the other out of town spots... Mountain biking and hiking close by! Space is approximately 14' wide x 45' long.Relatively flat gravel side yard walking distance to all of the breweries, restaurants and shops of Historic Downtown Flagstaff! Quiet neighborhood! Full hook ups: water, sewer and 30 amp power. Very close to town compared to other RV sites that will require Uber or Lyft to get in to town...Mature pine trees throughout the neighborhood.

If you prefer staying in city centers with walkable access to restaurants, this is a great 1night spot. Super to have full hook-ups. Glad we have a Class B RV - it is a tight fit. Jeannie was communicative and friendly. We enjoyed a beverage on the balcony of Zane Grey at the Weatherford (thanks, Jeannie!) and were able to get in for an amazing dinner at Lotus Lounge even though the whole town was crowded due NAU graduation weekend. The walk into town was very pleasant, downhill all the way. We chose to take a Lyft home as it was after dark and there were no sidewalks.

Great location!
Terrific location to Historic Flagstaff! We loved walking to brewpub dinners and our Sunday morning stroll for coffee and pastry’s. Fun town! The camp spot was very tight but we made it. Delightful.

We didn't have the chance to meet Jeannie but she gave us good recommendations before our arrival. The location is just perfect : you can visit downtown Flagstaff with moving the RV 👌🏻.

Very close to town and a perfect spot to car camp if you’re going to the mountain in the morning. Jeannie also had some great recommendations for what to do in town.
