Barefoot Haven Farm is a horse rescue/rehab and hunter/jumper lesson program located on 45 hilly acres an hour from Birmingham and an hour and 45 minutes from Huntsville. We have approximately 10 cleared acres where our house, arena, shop, horses, and poultry are, plus some of the best views around. The other 35 acres are densely wooded timber with some trails.We are offering dispersed primitive camping throughout our property. We have cleared sites with gorgeous views of the mountains and sunsets, we have heavily wooded areas far away from the hustle and bustle of farm life, and everything in between.
We also offer a farm experience for those interested that can include anything from learning about flower gardening, to poultry, to a horseback riding lesson or learning about horse rescue and or rehab.
This is primitive camping there are currently no amenities.
