WindTree is an awesome retreat perched high on top of the Santa Cruz Mountains in California, over looking the entire Monterey Bay and Santa Clara Valley. WindTree is sacred land used by many over the past 30 years for retreat and ceremony. It has also been a working "Wwoof" -ing farm for volunteers from all over the world to come and learn about organic gardening in a fun, beautiful, nurturing community restoring our sense of interrelatedness and encouraging planetary sustainability by our choices and concerns for the wellness of the environment. You can make your experience apart of this community or enjoy a quiet private camp site away from any activities. We are off the grid with solar power and our own well. We have small organic gardens with chickens and goats. You will love it up here under the stars. Note: RV's over 21 feet will have difficulties on our driveway.

Medicine Wheel

Medicine Wheel is a beautiful, secluded camping area overlooking the Santa Cruz mountains. We very much enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come again. Next time, we’ll be sure to say hi/share a meal with some of those WWOOFing on Elena’s land.

Vista

This site was very private, spacious, and had the most breathtaking views! Perfect for my husband & I + our 3 furbabies. Will definitely return and highly recommend to everyone! :-)

Cob Cottage

We loved staying at Cobb cottage! The pictures don’t do it justice, the land is beautiful and peaceful and the cabin is just want you need for a glamping experience. It is a bit of a drive out there but totally worth it!

Incredible View!

Vista is a great spot with lots of privacy, space and incredible views! The road in & the directions aren't great. It is a bumpy road in as many other reviews stated. I would recommend getting there in the day time to navigate your way in. Firewood is available at the site which is always a nice touch.
