SIte 3 - YURT
Lovely place to stay. About 30 minutes from the West entrance to Glacier. Peaceful, great night skies, and a cozy place to sleep.

Very convenient to Whitefish, well-maintained and clean. Nice picnic tables and I liked that you had a light in the outhouse. Traffic noise calmed down at night and I slept well. Just what I needed! Thank you!

SIte 3 - YURT
The yurt was great- warm with the heater and even electricity for our coffee maker. Location was good between Columbia falls and Whitefish.

SIte 3 - YURT
Loved the yurt, it was cozy and warm with the space heater! The lighting was helpful, and the portapotties were clean! The cots were comfy, I brought a sleeping pad to put on top it. Didn’t get the chance to meet Don, but his instructions over the phone were clear. Beautiful property, perfectly located between Whitefish and Glacier. Not too far from Kalispell! My only recommendation to visitors would be that if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll want to bring ear plugs. The property isn’t far from a highway and traffic noise from the road can be heard at all hours, it’s not excessively loud, but a light sleeper might be impacted by the sounds.

Site 2 - Lost Paddle and Pole
We car camped at Lost Paddle and Pole the other night and it was perfect for our needs.
Very quiet & peaceful, we didn’t meet the host but were greeted by a couple cute deer on arrival. Porta Potties were clean and did not smell. Don was very responsive to all messaging prior to our arrival which was very helpful.
The location is close to Columbia Falls where we took in a show at the Coop (great venue). Equally as close to Whitefish where we had a delicious coffee & pastry at Fleur Bake Shop. We also took advantage of the proximity to Glacier National Park where we drove the Going to the Sun road back to home British Columbia.
All in all the perfect spot for our quick getaway. Thanks Don! We will be back.
