Site 1 - RV Pull Through
Nice safe spot to stop overnight. Bathrooms and park were clean.
Site 3 - RV Pull Through
The nature of this campsite was lovely, the trees were beautiful and maintained and hearing the frogs and owls at night was relaxing. We noticed a few things right away that felt strange though. There were piles of unfinished projects, random old pieces furniture pushed aside but very visible, lots of old cars and RV’s stationed about, and the “lodge” itself has a very strange and creepy feeling to it. Everyone we came across that either lived on the grounds or helped run the campsite was kind, but there was no appointed person or host site to find for communication. As two women camping, we did have moments where we questioned the overall experience and were glad we had our very large and protective dogs with us. We made the most of our trip, but would not choose to camp here again. We enjoyed having other campers beside us and chatting with them.

Really peaceful, clean campground. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed for maintenance but I look forward to returning for another visit.

Peaceful, Pretty, and Clean.
I've encountered curious rabbit and deer, listened to the landing of geese, showered with a tree frog, and a tricky raven introduced themselves to show off their goose and eagle mimicry. Various songbirds. A ton of nature for a smaller well manicured campsite. All sorts of slugs and non-aggressive bugs. Barely any mosquito. No ants! Watch out for blackberry if you're barefoot ;)

Nice and quiet, very quick response from the host when we had questions. Purple trillium in the woods! Ducks and geese in the marsh, love the sound of them.

Good vibe at the Prancing Unicorn
I liked the set up of their campground. Access to bathrooms was nice, they were clean and well stocked. Loved some of the art around the site. Only thing it would benefit from would be a picnic table or two in the camping area.
