Our little slice of wooded privacy gives the feeling that you’re out in the country, while being a mile or two from all the best restaurants, stores, shopping centers and of course lovely lake Conroe. Waterpointe center is one mile from our driveway. There you’ll find CVS, Starbucks, boutiques, restaurants, salons and a beautiful river walk along the lakes shoreline. Once you settle in to your comfy glamping, home away from home, Feel free to use the poolside fire pit. Or if weather permits, the swimming pool is always a great place to relax and unwind. There’s a nearby pond that hosts home many types of wildlife. Don’t be surprised to see groups of deer wandering around the property. They’re harmless and timid. And they love fruit any veggie scraps you might want to toss in the woods for them. There’s a large walk-in port a poty just a few yards from the tent.Just a mile from the Lovely Lake Conroe… Your comfy retreat is just a few feet from the large, private, community swimming pool and 10 yds from our little pond. The surrounding area is heavily wooded and other than our friendly furbabies, you’ll see several forms of wildlife throughout the property. There’s plenty of firewood to be foraged at no charge. Grills for outdoor cooking and ice chests are available for guests. You’ll have use of our outdoor shower as well. If you want to hit the lake on paddle-boards, we’ve got you covered there too.

We had a great time at Vance’s place! Cute get away from the city and not being too far away from anything! Will for sure stay again soon. My 3 year old son loved it!

Overall, the place is a pleasant stay. I enjoyed the peaceful backyard and trees towering. The pool was cloudy but looked to be in the process of being cleaned. I love the fireplace feature and host spaces. The tent has some weathering but Vance let us know he was currently caring for it. Vance was a polite and great communicator.
