Sunset Camp
Lovely Property with Amenities
We did a one night stop over at Sunset Camp, and it was lovely. It was our first day on the road, and Kelley was extremely accomodating and met us when we arrived even though it was late at night. Having access to a real shower and real bathroom was also amazing. Definitely recommend!

RV review - good except no hookups
This an RV review, not camping or guest house. There is certainly a lot to like about Blue Tin. The property is charming , clean and private. They’ve got some interesting features (someone has mad welding skills) and the well-heated bathrooms with showers were awesome. Noreen was warm, friendly, and responsive. To be clear, though, they do not have electric and water hookups for RVs, nor WIFI in the RV area. There is a standard 110 outlet you can use with an extension cord to charge a phone or coffee pot but you can’t run the refrigerator. We felt the Hipcamp amenities description needed to spell that out because we’d brought perishable food that needed to be tossed. Our RV had enough battery to put the slide out but we needed our generator to bring it back in next day. You can fill up the water tank with their hose at the main house, which I’d suggest you do upon arrival, before driving your rig to the back. Overall, was a good experience with some qualifications to set more clear expectations.

Sunset Camp
We parked just behind the event centre and felt safe and secure. The bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a nice stay!

Sunrise Tent
We stayed the night at Kelley's in our camper van. They had a beautiful set up, a nice large yard for the kids to run in and looked like an outdoor seating area that we didn't utilize. A single restroom was available but it was fine for my family. Most of all, Kelley and her family were very accommodating and helped us out with some van care that they were in no way obligated to. Thanks!!

Sunrise Tent
The host was very friendly and helpful. We came in last minute, so we didn’t get to take advantage of everything offered.

Sunset Camp
Peaceful & Relaxing
We had a great time at Blue Tin Ranch! We stayed in our RV, and were able to hook up power using our adapter. We appreciated access to a real shower and bathroom, and had a perfect night in the corn crib fire pit.
