Love this farm!
You can't go wrong with any of Matt's four unique camping spots on his beautiful farm very close to Bald Eagle State Park. Love the sound of the babbling creek, slept like a baby. Love the fact that I can get some fishing in from the campsite as well! Lots of great bird sounds at night too!

Old Bridge Abutment Creek Side
We went when the leaves still don’t have leaves. The weather lowest was 37 and it was all around a wonderful experience. The place had firewood already. But I purchased more from a local shop for 4 bucks a bundle.

Amazing!
Amazing spot. Beautiful surrounding. Lots of trout. There are plenty of wood around for a fire. The con is you can hear the car when they pass by. Would definitely come back!

Cozy Creekside in the Cold
Looking to avoid the campgrounds, for something more private and unique, my son, daughter and I really enjoyed our experience. Hesitant upon arrival, with the roadside/bridge entrance (Steep gravel drive). But seeing spacious yet private space bordered by the creek, road/bridge (with very occasional car or horse and buggy) and the old creek bed wall (~20' high) behind us, we knew it would be great.
Room for vehicles and tent. We had 2-wheel drive and it was dry, so we were fine (otherwise you'd want 4WD to get out). The site was mowed grass with trees on 3 sides, then an open area closer to the bridge with grassy creek access. The red port-o-john is a ~4 min walk.
It's November and we had beautiful days and cold nights. The water was clean and frigid, but my son did a polar bear plunge! Matt and Amy were good hosts. Her Dad even brought us a pile of wood. We'd camp here again.
