Outdoor showers, picnic table, and fire pit area. It's a unique, conveniently located spot right off of Exit 14. It's perfect for just passing through, hanging around camp, mountain biking or visiting downtown Ashland. We are 2 miles to downtown Ashland and a block from Mt. Charming Garden Setting in Ashland

Excellent stay in Ashland -- attractive garden setting. Owners offered great communication and directions to site on day of stay. While you can hear the freeway, it was a "white noise" to me. Highly recommend -- will stay again.

Lovely spot! The freeway noise is as described but it quiets down after midnight. I did not use the showers but they looked clean and inviting! Everything was as described and I felt safe.

Effortlessly perfect (for vanners)!

Good Karma is a great place to stop mid-roadtrip or when visiting Ashland. It’s safe, clean, and spacious, and the hosts are attentive and welcoming. Easy to get to, all the spots are level, and they understand that people camp in vans 😅 (something not a lot of campgrounds have caught onto for some reason). I have stayed here twice, have referred friends, and will be back again!
