Coweeta Creek Campground has water, electric, and septic on Sites 1 and 2 as well as a firepit and picnic table. The bathouse allows for hot showers and flushing toilets. Additionally, there is a fully equipped RV on site. Each site is gravel, shaded, and sits along the peaceful Coweeta Creek. The campground property has a large field for games (kickball, soccer, volleyball), as well as a flat 1/4 mile loop which you can view our mini homestead farm. We have chickens, bees, vegetable gardens, and a small fruit orchard. The campground is somewhat secluded (some neighbors across the creek), but only 15 minutes from Franklin, NC with plenty of shopping. Once you are at the campground you won't want to leave the beauty of the creek! Strong Wifi is available at all sites. Network password will be provided before arrival. Property History: Coweeta Creek Campground WAS a 20 site, thriving, family/church oriented campground from the 1970's that was later sold, then neglected. My family recently purchased the property and have only 2 sites RV pads and 1 RV for lodging available for a more family friendly, intimate setting.

Creekside- RV Site 2

I could stay forever!

I can’t even begin to say how wonderful our trip was! The host and their children were so very kind and accommodating. We parked our motorhome on site 2 and it was perfect. Honestly all the sites were perfect! We were hypnotized by the sights, sounds and smells of this beautiful spot in the mountains. The creek was mesmerizing and inspiring. We will be returning again and again. Also, you must get some fresh eggs. What a treat they were. Just book it, I promise you will not regret it!

Creekside- RV Site 1

An Splendid Place to Stay

This RV campground is an outstanding location for privacy and peacefulness. Each campsite is roomy and backed by a beautiful creek. The hosts, Melissa and Adam, are top notch and very responsive taking care of any questions you may have or needs for your campsite quickly. The restroom and shower are well cleaned and the water pressure in the shower is outstanding like a nice massage. You can enjoy a warm cozy fire at night relaxing at your campsite by the beautiful babbling creek then cook fresh eggs from the hens they have on site in the morning for breakfast. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The city of Franklin is only a few minutes away with good restaurants and entertainment. Sylva, another sweet mountain town, is not far away too with even more great places to eat and fun things to do after a scenic drive to get there. We enjoyed several gorgeous hikes in the area that were all a reasonable distance away. You will not be disappointed while staying here and we plan to stay again soon. This place is a gem for sure. Don’t miss it!

What a beautiful camp site! The location was great and it was so peaceful. The creek lulled me to sleep each night. The bathrooms and showers were clean and close to the sites. We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem

Another great 2 nights stay at Coweeta Campground. Its just an awesome getaway , with quiet surroundings , and of course the creek. We will be back again, and again... Hosts are great to work with

Great!

What a wonderful place to camp! A creek behind you and a pasture and mountainside in front. Very private but not too secluded. Melissa and Adam are great hosts and make sure you are comfortable. We will definitely be returning!
