We enjoy using private hipcamps when we travel so we decided to offer our full rv hookup for other rvers. Learn more about this land: This is a full RV hookup in a small grove of trees ,while there's not a whole lot to do on this property, its a great place to stop for the night or a place to park your RV while visiting the surrounding area. Enjoy your stay at our little wooded retreat in the country! There are great hiking/biking trails within 10 min, such as Outlet trails in Penn Yan, Grimes Glen in Naples.This is a full RV hookup in a small grove of trees ,while there's not a whole lot to do on this property, its a great place to stop for the night or a place to park your RV while visiting the surrounding area. Beautiful campsite

What a beautiful set up. This was the nicest set up we've seen for a campsite including a beautiful granite table and a hanging wooden swing.

Beautiful site! Loved the entire drive in. The place has an awesome fire pit area and was very private! We would definitely stay here again!

Cool Wooded Retreat

Super nice spot close to lakes and wineries with electric, water and sewer hook-up. Really nice fire pit with provided firewood, chairs, string lights and the nicest camp tabletop you'll ever have! Was a great place to experience the (cloudy) total eclipse.

Cool Wooded Retreat

I don’t like to give negative reviews. But this spot was surprisingly disappointing. Artistic photography had the site looking like it was against the woods, near farm fields. Ok, there are farms nearby, and there are trees. What the pics don’t show is that this spot is next to the driveway of a countertop business. There are houses close by - the nearest home’s alarm kept going off. Not the host’s fault, but it was very close. In addition, nothing had been done to ready the site for us. There was trash on site, and a dead rodent in the woodpile next to the fire pit sitting area. That being said, the fire pit was nice, and there was plenty of wood to use.

We had a nice time. The retreat is very relaxing with sounds from a stream. It is a very cute spot with lights and lots of tables and chairs. We loved it
