4 miles from Billings. 1000 acres. We try to keep things as natural as possible except we do mow the common area in the trees. For security reasons, we will meet you at the gates and escort you to your camping spot upon 1st arrival. Fire wood available for sale $10 - needs to be discussed before hand. Camping available on the butte for viewing of northern lights. Lots of room to explore. Long term camping is available. 1 porta-potty on site. Great view of Billings fireworks from our hill on the 4th of July. We will also have a spot for your own fireworks. There is 1 mile of dirt road after leaving the pavement. We are 6 miles from Walmart. This is a working cattle ranch and the cows come through time to time.4 miles north of Billings, MT. Multiple sites, in trees, overlooking the lake, in the rocks, or above buttes.  For security purposes we will meet you at the gates and take you to your campsite upon 1st arrival. We do not charge extra for children under 18. I have 6 kids myself. Common area with BBQ, fire pit, and picnic tables. Can accommodate any vehicle from car to semi. Someone is usually around so 1/2 hour notice for reservation may work. 4 miles from town and 5 miles from Walmart.  If you are looking for an RV park - this is not it. We are trying to be as natural as we can be. You will be camping with cows, coyotes, eagles, owls, deer, and antelope.   The large tree area is about 3 acres and can accommodate 7 campers so this might make a good place for family reunions etc. Potable water is available for an extra charge. We will set up a 300 gal. cistern next to the camper and refill as necessary.  *****We will meet you at the gates and take you to your spot.*****

Trees, Lake view, Rock buttes!
The camp is on a beautiful section of land, in a bowl in a small grove of Cottonwood trees. I camped in a tent. There’s an outhouse that gets serviced regularly. I felt like I was in a dome filled with birds and counted 12 different species. In the morning I made coffee and watched a small herd of Pronghorn run around. It might be a little busy if the spaces were filled, but there was only one other party when I was there so I practically had it to myself. It’s definitely my radar to revisit.

Amazing spot
This place is AMAZING! We stayed north of the butte and felt like we were the only people on earth! We had the most beautiful sunset, sunrise and caught the northern lights. Thank you so much.

Trees, Lake view, Rock buttes!
Peaceful, quiet, had place to ourselves. Loved the cows roaming into camp, especially the springtime calves. Lots of springtime birds (pheasants, meadow larks, robins, cranes at lake, etc). And Pronghorns were fun to watch. Outhouse very clean. Nice having picnic table. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Trees, Lake view, Rock buttes!
Sabra’s property was beautiful, and my friend and I were lucky to visit at a time when there were very few, if any, other campers around. We had the wooded area to ourself and it was very private.

Trees, Lake view, Rock buttes!
We had a good time at our campsite between the trees! Our host came to meet us at the gate, drove with us down over his property to the site and then we had a lot of space all for ourselves. Good communications, very clean porta potty , level campsite, beautiful skies at night, peace.
