This property is so beautiful and peaceful no lights out here at night, just moonlight when it's out. Spring fed pond, Ponderosa pine trees, fallen white birch, rustic and gorgeous. Some of my camp spots are on rough terrain. I always suggest you get out and walk around to see what you can manage with your vehicle. The idea of my place is more wilderness camping, there is wildlife that comes around. RV camp spots on the east and west end of the pond. Camp spot out by the wooden round pen on the west side. Learn more about this land: Completely private, borders 2000 acres of a bird sanctuary. Two blocks from Bitterroot river canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swim, trails, hiking, scenery, wildlife. Spring fed pond on property for fishing, swimming and adventures. My pond is spring fed, which means that is goes up and down with the seasons and run off from the snow in the mountains. So as the summer goes on the pond levels go way down, please be aware of that.Welcome to God's Country Campground! 🏕️ A Rustic Experience: Our campground is a dry camp, meaning it's all about embracing the natural beauty. We encourage you to "pack it in and pack it out," as we don't have garbage cans on-site. 🚫 No Hook-Ups: While we don't offer hook-ups, we promise an authentic camping experience in the heart of nature. 📱 Reservations: For your convenience, please text us before your arrival. This helps us ensure we have a camp spot reserved just for you. 💧 Clean Drinking Water: You'll find clean, drinkable water available from our outside hydrant. 🐾 Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends! Just be sure to keep them at your campsite and kindly pick up after them. 🔥 Campfires: For a cozy campfire experience, we have a communal firepit. Campfires at individual spots are not permitted. 🌳 Secluded and Serene: Our campground offers privacy and borders 2000 acres, including a bird sanctuary. 🌊 Near the Bitterroot River: We're just two blocks away from the Bitterroot River, offering canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, scenic trails, horse-friendly, with hiking trails and abundant wildlife. 🏞️ Natural Terrain: Please note that our terrain can be uneven in places. We suggest walking around to ensure your campsite is suitable for your needs. 🚙 Vehicle Considerations: Large 5th wheel campers may not pass the pond, as turning around can be challenging. Campers up to 30 feet can go past the pond, but some spots on the west end may require backing in. Please assess your driving capabilities accordingly. 🏞️ Spring-Fed Pond: Our property features a spring-fed pond that changes with the seasons. It's ideal for fishing and swimming (swim at your own risk, as there's no lifeguard on duty). You may notice variations from our photos due to summer heat. The pond is home to turtles, frogs, geese, and ducks for your enjoyment. 🌄 Not Your Average Campground: We offer a unique and natural camping experience, distinct from the typical side-by-side camping you find at larger sites like KOA. We look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful retreat. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to reserve your spot. Happy camping! 🏞️🏕️ "Warning: Entering this property for camping is at your own risk. I assume no responsibility for accidents, damage to your property from trees or wildlife, falls, or swimming-related incidents or any other possible incidents." *Dolly*

Awesome
Dolly was absolutely wonderful and helped us out in a pinch. The area is right in Lolo but you'd never know it. You feel like you are in a secluded forest. Wild turkey visited every early morning too. Super close to Missoula. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Camp spots close to Missoula
This was a beautiful campground. We picked a spot in the ponderosa trees, and it was quiet and shaded. It’s 15 minutes from the University of Montana campus, where we attended graduation. We saw an owl and deer on the property, and heard coyotes at night. The host, Dolly was very accommodating and helpful.

Clean, quiet, host very nice. Lots of trees and a pond. In town for easy access to amenities but camp area feels like wilderness.

Quaint Hidden Gem
Hello fellow Hip Campers. Cool property nestled between LoLo and a neighborhood you don’t even notice. We stayed for one night Ms. Dolly was very nice and let us park our camper next to the community fire pit as no one else was on site it was a Tuesday night. Plenty of wood around to burn. A cool place to visit in town if you would like some good food and a cocktail is KT’s Hayloft and Saloon. The place was also like a museum. Must visit. Only like 10 minutes from Gods country. Thanks Ms. Dolly.

Would stay again
Nice and quiet, safe feeling wooded area. No toilet but owner refunded a portion due to this not being communicated at booking. Overall would stay again for a rustic campsite close to town.
