We have 9 acres with plenty of elbow room. Located 5 minutes from Mancos, right off CO 184, there is one site in the trees with full hookups and 2 sites on top perfect for group camping. Sites on top have a beautiful view of Mesa Verde to the west and the La Plata mountains to the east. Both sites have water and electricity and sewer dump nearby. The area is full of history, from Mesa Verde National Park to Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. 3 ski areas within an hour, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, stargazing or just enjoying the sunsets. With Mancos only 5 minutes away, there are dining options, brewery, parks, library, and shopping all with a small, hometown feel. Come enjoy all the 4 Corners area has to offer!

Awesome Views

Jerry's camp spot was perfect for us. There was 30 & 50 Amp power., water, and access to a dump station. It was very roomy with fields all around. The view of the mountains was incredible. However, the best part was Jerry. He is a Super Host for sure. Wish we could have met him. He communicated clearly and often, and his directions were right on. Jerry made us feel very welcome and made sure we had all we needed. I highly recommend this Hipcamp site, I certainly would stay again. It was our first Hipcamp stay, and it was a great one.

VIEWS TO DIE FOR!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Communication was great. Location perfect. Unbelievably quiet. And the best views ever!! Only thing is, I wished I'd booked a longer stay! Don't miss this amazing HIPCAMP!

Camping with beautiful views!

Jerry’s private campsite was so easy to find. Water & electric available. We even pulled some tv channels without cable. Beautiful views if the mountains especially sunrise. It was an especially windy night otherwise we would have sat by a campfire.
