Our three back-in camper sites are located behind our home under the shade of coconut and mango trees or by our barn, with a separate driveway and turnaround large enough for even the biggest fifth wheel trailers. The 50 amp RV outlets and city water hookups are at each site for convenience, with 30 amp adaptors available if needed. MacArthur Beach State Park and Rosemary Square, and about 45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and an hour from Miami Beach. The area offers many local water sports and tour options such as jet ski rentals, surfing, boat tours, and a new Margaritaville Cruise to the Bahamas. It is also located near Juno Beach, Jupiter, North Palm Beach, Lake Park, Riviera Beach, and West Palm Beach. There are many local bars with live music and golf courses in the area, as well as great restaurants and shopping options. There are also several nearby grocery stores and it is close to major tourist attractions. The community is very quiet and the Sheriff Department is within walking distance, providing regular safety surveillance. The property has a large fenced yard with a concrete RV pad, gazebo, and two grills. You may see the host or a family member from time to time, but the property is generally private. A small family owned and operated 5 acre pasture raised poultry farm. This is a working farm that sells poultry meat and eggs to the local community. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to live on a poultry farm -- this is it! Depending on the time of year there may also be bee hives located on the far back or very front of our pastures. Due to biosecurity measures you do not have full access to roam the entire farm and pastures. However, the RV spot is placed with a view of most farm activities. Our farm is home to free roaming hens, roosters, geese, quail, guinea fowl, ducks, turkeys and pigs. We have 4 livestock guardian dogs that keep our animals safe from predators. Both the birds and the dogs do make noise, so please keep that in mind. It's all part of farm life ! While we love animals and would love to invite your pets to stay, due to the nature of our guardian dogs we do not allow any pets.
There is grated spot for your RV with electric, water and septic hook-ups. Our farm is in operation 7 days a week and there may be poultry processing that is completed during your stay.
