There are mountain views, short hiking and mountain bike trails from the property, and it's a 1 mile walk to the hot springs and main Street Pagosa Springs. It's close to town, but you would never know it. You can take a short drive to many beautiful natural attractions such as Treasure Falls, the Ice caves, Four Mile Falls and much more.
