Site 3 Tent camping
We loved our stay at Brad's property. A lot of thought and many years of love were evident, and many kid-friendly features. Brad is really thoughtful and responsive, and patiently engaged with the many inquiries of a curious 4-year-old. Hoping to return here soon!

Our camping experience was wonderful as we were able to see and hear so many birds, felt private and safe for family camping, the sauna felt amazing, and we had a lovely time. Thank you!

Site 1 Tent/RV Cedar Root
We loved staying on Brad's land in our camper van! Although there were four sites total, they're well spread out and it was very quiet. The place is surrounded by beautiful forest. Our kids loved playing on the swing set and in the playhouse! Brad was a wonderful host and we would definitely go back!

Pretty but not enough privacy
The natural beauty of the surroundings is undeniable, with towering trees providing a canopy of shade and the gentle rustle of leaves creating a soothing ambiance. However, while the setting itself is stunning, the experience is marred by a few drawbacks. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a host who seemed overly attentive during the check-in process. While their eagerness to assist was appreciated, it bordered on intrusive, making us feel slightly uncomfortable. Adding to this discomfort was the proximity of our camping spot to the host's residence. Positioned too close for comfort, our campsite felt exposed, with the host's house looming nearby. From their patio and large windows, the host had a direct line of sight into our camping area, compromising the sense of privacy we had hoped for. For those seeking a more secluded experience, campsites 3 and 4 offer greater privacy and distance from the host's dwelling. Furthermore, while the host was undeniably friendly and accommodating, we couldn't overlook the steep pricing. Additional charges for a third vehicle, despite it fitting within our designated camping area, felt unjustified and only added to the overall sense of overpricing. In summary, while the campsite itself is undeniably beautiful, the lack of privacy and the slightly overbearing presence of the host detracted from the overall experience. With some adjustments to pricing and perhaps a bit more distance between the host's residence, this could truly be a gem.

Beautiful campsite in the woods
What a beautiful spot to camp for the night! Brad’s land is lovely, with lots of trees, a spring fed pond and walking trails all around. Spot #4 was definitely the most secluded spot with ample flat land for tents. You can see #3 but there’s still some distance between them. Composting toilet is just a short walk up a little trail. There’s amazing well water near the main house — everything is very accessible and easy to use. There is road noise from time to time but wasn’t bad. Would definitely stay here again!
