Parking Spot | Laundry | Shower
Not as private as we thought
We contacted Comnigo Vacation Rentals at the last minute and were grateful we had a place to stay. We stayed under the carport where our truck and 3-man tent fit. We had use of a bathroom with shower which was just for our use. What we did not know was that this property is also a multi-unit Airbnb so other guests are sharing the site - hot tub etc. In talking with the other guests who had use of the house and other units they did not know what Hip Camp was. Full disclosure to everyone is important. We had our pup with us and there is a nice, enclosed pet playground but the foxtails were everywhere outside of the play area,

Great spot!
What a great spot! Right in downtown Kanab near everything. If you’re in your RV or even just tent camping I would highly recommend this place. The backyard is a wonderland of relaxation and amenities. The dog park is small, but perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after long days. There are enough hammocks for 8 people, a grill, a propane fire pit, horseshoes/cornhole, and an excellent bathroom and laundry room. The hosts were super friendly and responsive while ensuring we had everything we needed. This is the first place I will look for when I return to Kanab!

Bathroom and laundry were available along with shower, however shower water didn’t get very hot. Parking spot was in a great location but the 220 V outlet didn’t work even after troubleshooting. Maybe needs a little more work but getting there! Host was fairly responsive and helpful, so was able to get some guidance.

Great place to clean and regroup
Easy to find spot, flat and level. You can park under the roof if you’re shorter than 10ft tall and get some shade or park in front of it. Was very nice to have a private shower and restroom as well as a washer and dryer right there to get cleaned up. The hot tub at sunset was very nice and there was a big dumpster trash. All in all great stay right near downtown and walkable to go get dinner and secure, quiet, and safe.
