Amazing views

What more do you need than a private camping site and your 125' of your own pristine Lake Superior beachfront access? Well, there is the need of a fire ring so we added that, too! Everything else you will to bring to enjoy the million dollar views. Oh, and on the opposite side of the camping site is quiet slough which is great for smooth water paddling and exploring. Down the gravel road about 1/3 miles are logging roads to hike, bike and explore. OHV trails are a couple miles away but check local maps for detailed information. There is a port-a-john available. You will need to bring your own firewood if you desire a campfire.There is ample room for two tents, plus parking, or an RV and a tent, or so. The beach faces east for magnificent sunrise views and the sun sets over the slough. Stunning scenery is all around! There is one neighbor to the north and another seasonal neighbor 300 feet to the south. You will not feel pinched in. The driveway is right off the dirt road that has moderate traffic of vacationers during peak summer months. RVs may be parked on the left side or front of the property. Driving RVs in the sand may cause them to get stuck which happened once. Otherwise no trailers have been mired in the sand. The local area has many vacationing amenities including blueberry picking at Panchos, on the other side of the slough. Simply check the local tourist guides for the Keweenaw for information.

Beautiful views of Lake Superior.
Beautiful views of Lake Superior on a secluded road. The beach was clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay again.

This camp site is basically a beachfront building lot located close to a road. It had beautiful views, to be sure, but spare amenities for camping. The portapotty was not too clean and had no hand sanitizer.

Quick Trip to Houghton
We had a good stay although it was only 1 night. The sunrise the next morning was absolutely beautiful.

On the beach, as described. The wind funnels through really strongly because there is a lake across the street and nothing to block the wind. Our tent almost ended up in the lake when we went for a walk on the beach. There is a privacy fence to block the view from the house next door. Gorgeous spot, very disappointed that the wind and storms drove us out early but will be back again!

Wow. Gorgeous site. Absolutely the best place we have ever parked our camper! Private and beautiful we loved every second of our stay. Pretty sandy, but we had no problem parking or getting the camper out. We were here in May and only had one person walk by on the beach while we were there. We will definitely be back ASAP!

This place is amazing! I’d happily stay here again. Sandy beach, good views, private spot The sand is soft for parking but easy to navigate, it’s right in the beach and beautiful
