Fernandina Beach is a historic Victorian town and our site is right in the middle of the Historic District. Great restaurants and resort shops are just around the corner and we are surrounded by wonderful Victorian homes. Visit the Marina, the Museum and enjoy a river cruise up to National Park Cumberland Island. We are blessed with tennis, golf, pickle ball and a 13 mile long Beach. And don't forget to visit our pre Civil War Fort Clinch State Park.Site is in Historic district of Fernandina Beach, FL. 1/2 block from Centre Street, Two miles to Ocean. 7 blocks to ICW. Plenty of great restaurants and resort shopping.? There’s golfing, fishing and lots of othe things to do like visit our pre civil war Fort Clinch or take a river cruise up by Cumberland Island. This site does NOT work for trailers or 5th wheels. Not suitable for Tent or Car Camping.

Wonderful car camping spot
The available spot couldn’t be more central to Old Town Fernandina. Everything you need is a short walk. Communication was excellent and the location was quiet and very nice. I highly recommend this camp spot.

Fantastic location, fantastic host
Louis’ property was perfect for a visit to the downtown Fernandina area. His location was well kept and safely tucked behind a gate. He’s a very kind host. Everything was in walking distance. Will stay again!

This was a perfect little spot in a great location on Amelia Island. Walking distance to so much! And the family is super friendly and helpful! Definitely want to return and explore Amelia more.

Just the best
We love staying at Lou’s place. This is our second time visiting with our two small dogs, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Lou’s place is centrally located in the little town of Fernandina and a mile or two from the beach. Lou is the best host there is, along with his daughter and son-in-law who made us feel so welcome. When visiting don’t miss First Love Brewery and Wicked Bao, although there are many other amazing options. We can’t wait to return again! Thank you Lou!!!

Location! And the host! Both fantastic! You can walk to the restaurants in the historic district. You don’t need to move your RV. Louis is very kind and he had good recommendation just like his daughter.
