Great bus stay in the forest
We had a great time at Kelly’s! The space was great, lots of privacy and we loved the bed in the forest. We didn’t sleep there at night, but it was great in the day for reading or resting or sitting together to play cards. Kelly had a great binder with things to do in the area. We visited Oregon Creek which was a great swimming spot for the kids. Nice calm water where two creeks/rivers come together. Yuba Creek is a beautiful area!

Kelly and her land are absolutely amazing my friend and I stayed in the bus, if you are looking for hand made, secluded, and breathtaking property this is for you. Kelly is extremely resourceful and a fantastic host. We felt extremely safe and welcomed. There are some fur friends that come to hang out that are sweethearts. We can not wait to come back and visit Kelly and everything the towns, swimming, and hiking have to offer.

Kelly was such a great host and all the directions were perfectly clear. The land was great, my partner and I loved staying in the bus and getting away from the city for a night (we only wish it was longer!) As others have mentioned, you can feel the love that has been put onto the land & within the spaces. My partner loved reading a book among the trees in the morning and I loved the stars at night. Happy to have gotten to visit and look forward to coming back in the future <33

Perfect Reboot
Kelly's property is very special - my teen daughter, old lady dog, and I really loved it. Just a quick weekend to pause before back-to-school craze, we got some peace and quiet, nice swimmimg, and great food in the area. Movie night with a Skylight to the stars actually won against the meteor shower competition; we just preferred to "stay in" (figuratively). Hopefully we will be back!

My friend and I really enjoyed our night in the school bus! It’s obvious a lot of love and effort went into the conversion! The outside bed was also super comfortable and I’d highly recommend a peaceful nights sleep outside in it! The outdoor shower was a great touch and we really loved having a nice private shower while still being in nature. Kelly was a great host and pointed us in the direction of an amazing place to swim in the Yuba river! I wish we had been able to stay a few more days!

Recently stayed a couple nights for my fiances birthday. Kelly is so sweet and hospitable and had great recommendations for the area. You can tell how much love she's poured into her space and property.
It was such a cool, unique stay off the beaten path with the bus and outdoor bed. And definitely take advantage of the outdoor cinema! It was a wonderfully sweet last evening with my fiance watching a movie under the stars.
You'll need bug spray which you can get herbal options at the local all organic adorable mother truckers store, or deet options at the local gas station a little further down the road.
The area so close to rivers and beautiful woods was just what we needed.
