Land Beyond Zion is available for group rentals and great if you are trying to plan a camp out with numerous people, but struggling to find a campground that will accommodate. We are not an RV park but can accommodate some smaller rigs, so reach out to us if you are interested in staying. We have room for a skoolie if it's the right size! Up to 24-26 feet vans and skoolies. Inquire if your rig is bigger. DOG OWNERS THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! If you have a dog we ask that you please keep it leashed and near you at all times. If there are other dogs on the property you will need to leash up dogs. Also, please walk the property and pick up poop!!! We ask for a fee for dogs. This can be found in EXTRAS or pay on site. Please respect that we increase prices for more people in your group as this has impact on our space. We allow 2 per site and then additional fee for up to 2 more people. We only have so many showers, bathrooms and space for all and we like to not get super crowded. Children are the exception, but please let us know how many folks are in your group when you reserve. If. Thank you!

Outback Desert View 2
The best ever!
Shanti has imagined and is building an incredible community space at Land Beyond Zion. This is a very special place. We had a small camper so we set up in the Outback area, a small field with spectacular views. A short walk from the camper was the community area, alcoves with couches, tables, hammocks, toilets, a shower, and two well appointed kitchens. There was a hot tub, too, which was a delight after a day of hiking. The beauty of the place is the sense of community. Signs throughout encouraging visitors to use what is there but also in a gentle way that you clean up after yourself, tell Shanti what is not working, fix it if you can, help out if you have interest and time. We visited Zion twice, walked up Water Canyon one day, and sand boarded at the Pink Coral Sand Dunes. We also visited hidden petroglyphs on a Shanti tour. Her on-site chef, Lydia, made delicious enchiladas one night too. Just a wonderful place with a powerful, comforting, healing energy. By far the best Hipcamp we’ve gone to.

Mountain View 4 (No Hookups)
Uber-Friendly Place
The campsite was amazing. They have worked so hard to make everything cozy & pleasing to the eye. So many amenities like flush toilet & kitchen area with small fridge & hot plate & pots & pans, large shower WITH A HEATER!!!... all painted brightly. Lydia was hosting while I was there & she bent over backwards to make me feel welcome & to help anchor my unwieldy, ancient tent. My only complaint (which they couldn't help) was the nearness of the highway... felt like cars & trucks were driving through my tent all night... but that made it easy to find.

Outback Desert View 2
Best campsite ever!!
If you're in doubt for where to stay near Zion, look no further! My buddy and I have been roadtripping the states for over a month now and Land Beyond Zion was hands down one of the best campsites we've stayed at. It offers all the amenities you could need and the owner, Shanti, also runs her own guiding business so that you can experience Zion and the surrounding area in such a unique way. She offered us brilliant recommendations that made our stay so much better. We loved our experience and Shanti was definitely the loveliest host we've ever had. We will 100% be back!

Dreamy Desert Glamp Tent
Beautiful scenery, amazing people
This was such a great place to stay. The scenery was amazing. I was not prepared for the cold weather that night, but they were so accommodating with extra blankets and a heater. I love the concept of community spaces so I got to cook alongside some really great people from all over the world and enjoy a drink with them. I also got to enjoy some much needed space to myself by watching the sunrise with a hot tea, wrapped in a blanket on the hammock. I will be back!

Dreamy Desert Glamp Tent
Perfect
This was the perfect place to stay for my friend and I on a trip May 2024. We stayed in the Glamp Tent. Great vibes, beautiful view and not too far from Zion. Shanti was awesome!! We went on a tour and did Angels Landing with her, and definitely couldn't have done it without her! You won't regret a second choosing Land Beyond Zion as your home while visiting the area.
